  • Lifestyle medicine. Our lifestyle medicine program is designed for patients who require a more customized plan that addresses their individual lifestyle challenges. We focus on maintaining healthy habits and finding satisfying ways to fill time in between individual sessions.
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Our IOP offers scheduled group therapy sessions and other group activities during the week, with individualized counseling sessions on Fridays. This program can last up to three months depending on your goals and needs at the time of admission.
  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). PHP is available at our facility in The Colony, TX area, offering intensive care for substance abuse issues while allowing you time away from work or school commitments during the weekdays so you can focus on recovery without disrupting important relationships in your life
