				I went into Reflections Lifestyle to float through the program and complete it only to receive a document for a legal case I'm involved in. However, I became very involved in the programs group therapy and was able to release a lot of weight from my past that I didn’t know was affecting my present life and choices. The staff in the clinic was amazing, Ben was always a text away for any informational help and guidance. The person I owe the most praise to is counselor Deidra, she made me feel safe and comfortable when therapy got deeper than I expected and was very relatable to me. 				Best place ever! Everyone there is so welcoming and supportive! The admission process can be tedious but it is well worth it. Most people are there for 6 weeks and the first week can definitely be an adjustment, but everyone there is understanding of and very accommodative of that. They do a great job of supporting all the clients and helping them get to the best place they can be. I do know some that have not had the best experience with the program, but that was only because the did not put in the effort and/or didn’t adjust well. But if you/your child put in the work on your end to get better and you give enough time to settle into the program, it is as, if not more impactful than any program I’ve ever experienced. Everyone there, from the front office to the managers, to the therapist, literally everyone are so helpful and supportive. This is without question the best outpatient program you can find!

				When you’re in need of help, it’s usually a very difficult time. I was prepared to make multiple calls, be disappointed, have to follow up to get my child taken care of and this place stomped all of those fears. I submitted an inquiry on a sleepless night and the next day we went through Intake and were in the program. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and just what my child needed through this transition. They seem to have hit the ground running without all the growing pains and headaches when dealing with a new organization.  It is a very nurturing environment that you can trust with your loved one. I can't say enough good things about the staff.  From everyone up to the CEO, they just made it so easy to transition into their program and help understand what was going on.  Intake and discharge procedures go smoothly in my opinion.  When we left we didn't feel like we had any questions unanswered and were given some great tools to transition comfortably out of the program.  Communication gets an A+ from me. On days where it was impossible to drive in they were prepared to set us up with the tools necessary for virtual meetings.  They also have good Covid precautions with all employees wearing masks and sanitizer available in the lobby.

Medical Director Spotlight

Dr. Airuehia (Air) began his psychiatry training at the West Midlands School of Psychiatry in Birmingham, England, where he earned his Membership with the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych). He later moved to the United States, completing a general psychiatry residency and advanced training in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Missouri Columbia, followed by board certification in addiction medicine. He is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, and an Honorary Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

With extensive experience in Nigeria, England, and the United States, Dr. Air offers culturally-informed, evidence-based care for mental health conditions and substance use disorders in adults. His commitment to professional development includes staying updated through his affiliations with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Air also contributes to academic psychiatry by mentoring and teaching medical professionals and publishing research. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, cycling, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.

The real standout here, however, is the staff. I personally know several of the people who work here, and they are truly some of the best in the business. Knowing their work ethic and how much they genuinely care about people gives me total peace of mind. You really couldn't ask for a more professional or compassionate group of individuals. One of my sons also was enrolled in two different outpatient programs (not Reflections) in his teens. They were somewhat helpful, but Reflections was far and above a better choice!

The facility has plenty of room, is clean, calm and a nice environment. All of the staff were always very helpful, kind, professional, personable and took care of any issues quickly and appropriately! It was a very peaceful atmosphere (something we hadn't experienced in the other out patient programs).

The therapists communicated at least weekly how my daughter was doing and how we as parents could help with her recovery! The therapist was also always an email or phone call away if we needed more immediate help. We had as many family sessions as we needed to best help my daughter!

I felt that my daughter was truly loved, safe and learning the tools she needed to function better in life! I fully recommend the Reflections program!
