The dedicated team at Reflections Lifestyle Center is composed of industry experts in the addiction and mental health field. Founded by Harvard educators, the medical team is led by a quad board-certified medical doctor. The compassionate staff are backed by evidence-based principles and treatment methods to properly and successfully handle substance use disorders and mental health conditions.
Though our program is ideal for both adolescents and adults, at the Plano location, we currently only accept adults ages 18-65. The program works to address the root causes behind substance use and diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Some adults may already have a diagnosis and are looking for extra care, which we are proud to provide. Our care team will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals.
The treatment programs offered at Reflections Lifestyle Center are designed to provide quality care while avoiding a cold, hospital setting. Same-day appointments are available so you can skip the ER and begin receiving care right away.
Besides individual and group therapies, Reflections offers a unique program called REFLECT. This incorporates holistic approaches such as meditation, yoga, nutrition, hydration, and sleep patterns. The goal of the program is to promote healthy habits for after treatment that will keep your mental health strong and focused on accomplishing your goals.
The partial hospitalization program (PHP) at Reflections Lifestyle Center allows you to come to our facility during the day or evening for therapies before returning home at night. You will receive both individual and group therapy sessions during your treatment, which will include talk therapies such as cognitive behavioral (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).
Treatment schedules will vary from person to person depending on your needs and goals. We offer a diverse program that can take place during the day, evening, or virtually, so there is no worry of missing work or important responsibilities. Your care team will create a schedule that fits your mental health and/or substance use disorder needs.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) at Reflections Lifestyle Center is similar to PHP with treatment occurring less frequently. In person, virtual, and hybrid programming is available for adults at our Plano location. Your care team will work with you to come up with an aftercare plan once treatment is complete, ensuring you continue to receive proper care as you continue to recover and heal.

Therapies and medications are an integral part of depression treatment, as well as holistic approaches such as learning about nutrition and proper sleep.
Bipolar disorder is marked by extreme highs and lows, a rollercoaster of mood shifts that can make life feel unpredictable and overwhelming. During manic episodes, everything can feel fast-paced and intense, with racing thoughts and boundless energy that sometimes leads to impulsive decisions. In contrast, depressive episodes can bring a deep exhaustion, sadness, and a lack of interest in things that once brought joy.
Reflections Lifestyle Center knows how these mood shifts can interfere with everyday life, which is why our program works to address the triggers that lead to these changes and how you can better manage them in the future. This is done through therapy and for some, medications.
