SUBSTANCE ABUSE SUPPORT IN PLANO

Highly recommend Reflections Lifestyle Center. The facility is very new and neat. They seem to have hit the ground running without all the growing pains and headaches when dealing with a new organization. It is a very nurturing environment that you can trust with your loved one. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. From everyone up to the CEO, they just made it so easy to transition into their program and help understand what was going on. Intake and discharge procedures go smoothly in my opinion. When we left we didn’t feel like we had any questions unanswered and were given some great tools to transition comfortably out of the program. Communication gets an A+ from me. On days where it was impossible to drive in they were prepared to set us up with the tools necessary for virtual meetings. They also have good Covid precautions with all employees wearing masks and sanitizer available in the lobby.

When you’re in need of help, it’s usually a very difficult time.
