Reflections is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides meaningful treatment to adolescents in middle and high school (ages 11-17) suffering with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. It is the first Behavioral Health Lifestyle Medicine adolescent treatment facility in North Texas.

The mindfulness program is uniquely tailored through didactics and movement to improve the health and wellness of each patient.
